Can I return my teas?
If you are not completely satisfied with your tea, simply reach out to us to return the tea in its original condition within 14 days.

All teas must be returned in their original condition.
Will I be charged a return fee?
No, you will not be charged any return fee/restock fee, however - the return shipping cost is to be handled by you.
How do I return my tea?
Please follow this process for returning your teas to us:
+ Please contact us at email@example.com
+ After we have confirmed your eligibility to return the item, please re-pack the tea in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
+ Post your item to a given address provided by our customer support. We HIGHLY recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
+ As soon as we have received your returned items, we will issue a full refund/exchange within 2-3 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
